Collection: Vibrant Nature

This series explores the vibrancy of color that the natural world can produce.

I had become impatient with the drying time required for oil paintings and wanted to create quick, colorful pieces which explored the beauty that nature created in terms of color, light and reflections. In this series I use black ball-point to create silhouettes of animal or plant life and painted the background in acrylic paint. Metallic paint is also used to bring out reflections in water.

Each piece was created with love and with a passion for natural beauty in the world.
